Estimated Shipping Time

Most orders received by 10 a.m. eastern time will ship the same business day. Most orders received after 10 a.m. will ship the next business day. Canada Post estimates a shipping time of 2 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to the Toronto distribution center.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, Canada Post will not redeliver for free; they require payment.  If the customer entered their address incorrectly, it will be the customer's responsiblity to pay for reshipping the order to the correct address.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at (800) 203-6400 or support@navage.com. Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, or on the next business day. A delivery that is refused by a customer and returned to RhinoSystems for a refund is subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.


 Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at (800) 203-6400 or support@navage.com. 


 International Shipping

For delivery to the US, please shop at www.navage.com.

For delivery outside North America, we offer the Naväge International Bundle that includes the Naväge Nose Cleaner®, 6 Naväge SaltPod® 30-Packs, Countertop Caddy, and Travel Case for a total of USD $149.95 plus shipping. If you are interested in purchasing, please send an email to support@navage.com with the exact address where you want your International Bundle shipped and a phone number and time we can reach you, so we may process an order over the phone. We regret that at this time, international orders cannot be placed online.
