Estimated Shipping Time Most orders received by 10 a.m. eastern time will ship the same business day. Most orders received after 10 a.m. will ship the next business day. Canada Post estimates a shipping time of 2 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to the Toronto distribution center. Incorrect Shipping Address If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, Canada Post will not redeliver for free; they require payment. If the customer entered their address incorrectly, it will be the customer's responsiblity to pay for reshipping the order to the correct address. Order Cancellation Policy Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
